While we consider ourselves an authority on burgers, we know a thing or two about cooking a Thanksgiving spread. Join us on Thanksgiving Day from 11AM–9PM. We'll be serving all your favorites, including slow-roasted turkey, brioche sage stuffing, mashed potatoes and pumpkin cheesecake. Or shake things up and order from our full menu. *$40 per person, not including tax and gratuity. Pumpkin Cheesecake is not included in plate price.

They did not have enough servers to even handle the few tables that were there. Multiple patrons had to grab their own silverware. It took our server over 15 minutes to visit our table and another 15 after that to get water. Food quality seems to have gone down as well.

The Capital Burger is not what it used to be. Was stayed at the hotel for a convention so I came here a couple times. The service at the bar is non existent. The sit down service from my server Kyle was great. But you can tell they are understaffed. The food was really good. The problem is they have posted hours and hours on open table that they do not honor. I made a reservation two hours before closing and they said the dining room is closed. There are too many restaurants in the area to have to deal with this place.

This was a great choice for my daughter's birthday gathering with friends. The food was delicious and staff did a great job of taking care of them.

Capital Burger never disappoints. My colleagues and I go out of our way to stop there every time we are in town for a business event. The restaurant the service and the food are always outstanding. Thank you, Capital Burger!

The burgers were delicious-- perhaps the Capital Burger I enjoyed was one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. However, the service was unacceptable. We sat for 20 minutes before our server came to take our order. The first words out of her mouth were an apology that she was busy. We accepted it of course. But we noticed that outdoor tables seated well after us were served well before us. The service must improve.

Burgers were good, not great. Very surprised that they were out of the filet mignon at 6pm on a Friday - you would think a restaurant associated with the Capital Grill could keep both of the only two steak cuts they offer on their menu in stock..... Would not go out of my way to eat here, but if looking for a convenient burger, it's fine - although I think the burgers at Jackson's (2 blocks away and easier parking) are better.
