   Went on Valentine’s Day, they did not account for slower turnover of tables so waited for 45 minutes after arriving on time for reservation. It was a fixed menu but kitchen was still backed up. Got our apps and salads relatively quickly but waited so long for our entree we decided to leave after being at the table for an hour - Reservation 8:15, sat at 9, left at 10. Understandable that they were busy and the server, bartenders and hostess were great BUT when we said we wanted the check to leave the manager (maybe the owner) came out and tried to blame us saying we didn’t arrive until 8:45 which was completely insulting. Won’t go back just because of him.

   I’m really sad to write this review, but a night out for Valentine’s Day at C House was not the experience I thought it would be. I already had a reservation lined up and it was still almost a 20 to 25 minute wait to be seated because they were overbooked. I noticed that servers were taking (on the house) drink orders for the people who were having to wait in the holding tank to be seated but they didn’t get around to everybody. Once seated and getting ready to order, the one dish that I wanted was sold out, which was fine, it happens, I can always adjust. But my date went through their entire Valentine prix fix plates before my main dish showed up. What’s really weird is that they said mine would be coming right out but only to find out about 10 min later that it was sold out. So I had to order a third time. Yikes. I do think it was really nice that my meal was comped. I appreciate that. Overall it just felt like they didn’t expect such a turn out and it became overwhelming.

Unfortunately, we were prepared to be busy this weekend, but had some internal issues that made that night challenging making the guest the impacted party.    Lovely outdoor seating on a beautiful night. Food is good, a little too expensive though.

   Fine overall not sure what else to say here. I would return, but I wasn’t blown away for the cost. Didn’t even have Grand Marnier!!! A must for any real bar!

We always aim to provide an exceptional experience, and it sounds like we missed the mark on this occasion. This location does not use this in recipes as the popularity of this product has declined over the past decade. WE do however always have Cointreau (That Begins w/ C) as an alternate to add to cocktails. The managers remembered you and already brought a bottle in just for you!

   My wife and I dined here on a weekend night. We had a reservation, but were seated about 45 minutes past that time. We were able to get a seat at the bar so it wasn’t too bad. Once sat at our table, we waited 15+ minutes before I was able to flag down a server to ask what was going on. Once that was resolved the service improved. Regarding the food, everything was delicious and I definitely recommend the cheesecake. Hoping the service was a fluke, as we really enjoyed everything else.

   We were disappointed with some of our food choices. The crab cakes are shredded crab with a lot of breading. Our main courses were the Carbonara Gnocchi which was very dense and undercooked and the Chicken Euphoria was average. Our server was very good and professional. We enjoyed our cheese & charcuterie selections.

   Reset indoors, but both indoor and outdoor sounded fantastic. Staff was really attentive without being overbearing. Generally great place!
