   Food is really good but service is really lacking. When we first got there and had to wait for our table we went to the bar to get a drink and no one came. Drinks took a long time to come out to our table and server seemed to disappear several times. One of our side dishes was cold but by the time the service came back we were ready to leave. The food is great but service really needs improvement. It’s been this way the last two times I’ve gone.

   Wonderful food and service. Our server was great and really made sure we were taken care of. We ordered the gnocci short rib and the filet au poivre which were really delicious. I did make a reservation for 7:15 and it took about 20 min to be seated but otherwise it was a very good experience.

   Food was excellent and a decent value. We got the dinner for 2 which came with 5 varieties of meat, 2 sides and 2 salads which was more than enough food for my wife and I. The server was very attentive, polite and delivered all of our drinks and food in a timely manner. She was helpful with suggestions as well even though we came in prepared with what to order. Despite every table being filled, we never waited too long for drinks. I did ask for one of the bar tv’s to be changed to a football game that was on at the time, and both times was told that would be possible, but it never got changed and I wasn’t given a reason for why. Nit-picky, maybe, but I stopped asking after the second request. I just assumed the bar was too busy and understood that. The menu variety and uniqueness is something that will bring us back again for a date night, but it is easily $40-60 a seat without drinks, so not quite a casual dining experience for us. Would recommend to friends and family downtown for events or special occasions!

   This was my first visit and it was a great experience. The empanadas and short rib gnocchi were delicious. Our waitress was friendly and took great care of us. I will definitely dine there again.

   I specifically requested a non-bar high-top table, as my wife is short and has difficulty sitting at a high-top table. So, I was immediately disappointed that we were seated in the bar area at a high top. The host told us a story about a large group coming in, but we had made the request in the reservation and weren’t notified. Other two-person guests who came in after were placed at larger four—or more-person booths. The USDA choice 😂 ribeye for $50.00 was good, but the rest of the entrees were less so. I would recommend the empanada appetizers. Cocktails were mid. The service was good. Our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable! Look at my VIP OpenTable reviews. I give balanced feedback. It wasn’t worth 425.00 for three people for drinks, appetizers, dinner, and tips. I've eaten at numerous Argentinian steak restaurants in Miami and elsewhere, and this didn’t live up to those experiences.

   I think this is the most underappreciated restaurant in the city. Always excellent food and service and the ambience is just cool. If it was a little closer to the Aronoff, it would be as hard to get into as Boca. Highly recommend.

    Enjoyed the food, atmosphere and service. Drinks were delicious. Had an issue with one of our sides not being hot, server and manager promptly took care of it. Great experience!
