The Brasserie's Sunday Brunch food, ambience and music by Eric Charles was absolutely delightful.

We were disappointed brunch was not out by the pool as advertised and nothing online (at least that we saw) noted the pool area would be closed. The music was a bit too loud making conversation a tad difficult at times but other patrons were either enjoying the music or seemed to not mind. And the one guy had some interesting stories. The food was okay. A pretty nice set up. Cream gravy was not very good. No meat or animal fat to make it taste other than cooked flour. Not a country boy's idea of cream gravy. The omelet station was good and the pork chop was damn good. We ultimately enjoyed our brunch but really did not think the brunch was worth $40+ per person. May try again in the fall when the summer heat fades if brunch is out by the pool. Overall, there are other brunches in the area of loop, 290, beltway, I-10 we enjoy much more.

Thanksgiving buffet during Covid was a memorable experience. Visited late in the day so place was pretty empty. That could’ve been awkward however the food was good and the servers were attentive. A little different then we expected but not bad for a buffet. This place has an over the top atmosphere with lots of large elegant chandeliers and opulent decor.
