   The food was too salty and overall disgusting. I used to love this place but the menu gas changed and its nasty.

   Pastas were way over sauced and cheesed. Not as described on menu. Felt more olive garden.

   Service was extremely slow and food was cold. Food was also only average and menu is extremely limited.

   Everything we had was exceptionally flavorful and our waitress was so friendly & helpful with the timing of our courses. The whipped feta and salmon crudo are both sizable appetizers. The smoky aioli and chimichurri added great flavor to the crispy octopus. The ambiance is so quaint and perfect for date night!

   We were excited to eat here after seeing pictures of the atmosphere, location and menu. When we arrived, the restaurant was fairly empty but they tried to seat us in the far back, outdoor area. When we saw the table I asked if we could possibly be moved inside because we’re from out of town and loved the atmosphere of the main room. The waitress was extremely rude and tried to avoid answering me even though I asked politely. She eventually seated us inside after a very awkward few minutes where I asked her two more times (as kindly as I could). Maybe she was frustrated that it meant her losing a table/ tip but there was no reason for her to be so rude and awkward about it. Once seated, we had a different waitress who was much more friendly. Our drinks were great, the salad was spicier than expected and the basil pasta wasn’t the best. The chicken Parmesan was delicious though! Overall a 2.5/5.

   The ambience and vibes were cute and great! However, the service was mediocre. We did not know about the Taylor Swift specials until another waitress informed us. Two of our guests ordered the cacio e Pepe. One came out with tons of sauce and peppercorns and the other appeared to be dried butter noodles. The waitress told us they were the “same” but are made in different pans. However, it was obvious upon taste that they were different. Expectations were 10/10, reality was 5/10.

    We went to the movie night on the patio. The Bower always has amazing food. We had the meat plate and spicy scallop arancini to begin. We split the gulf fish. Everything was superb. The movie was a little hard to see and hear from where we were but we still had a great time.
