The Boat House is Kent’s premier Restaurant, Wedding and Entertainment venue. Winning open table's Diners' Choice award both 2021 and 2022. Our aim is to provide the best in dining and entertainment experiences for all ages. We pride ourselves in making The Boat House a safe and friendly place. Situated in Strood, Kent beside the banks of the beautiful River Medway.

    The Boat house is a great place to have a meal or a special event. We have been twice for Birthday/Anniversary meals and also running club Christmas parties and other events. The atmosphere is always great, staff are always friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Food is always lovely. I would recommend this place.

    Absolutely amazing meal and evening at The Boathouse, food is absolutely amazing and staff/owners always make you feel welcome! A great place to enjoy a lovely meal and drinks for an evening!
