   Our wait staff Jennifer and a young fellow were outstanding. They told us about the menu and the story of the blue shrimp (sold us getting it). The calamari was the best I’ve tasted.

   Treated us well in our birthday celebration. Prices were a bit on the high side and being accosted while dining on the beach was annoying. Otherwise a great experience with great service!

   I liked the place, with its archetypal beach restaurant decor. The service was superb—my waiter Pedro was professional and at the same time friendly. I ordered the catch of the day, mahi mahi. The food ingredients were high quality and fresh, and were well prepared. But then a maracuyà sauce was slathered on that would have been suitable to pour over vanilla ice cream. But not mahi mahi. Or any other fish I know of. The sauce was unrelated to the fish, and indeed would probably not have even made eye contact with it in passing. I don’t know how the decision was made to use this sauce. But please have some further discussion before you decide, against my heartfelt advice, to offer this combination in the future.

   Service was wonderful by Miguel. We had a ton of fun and the view of the beach is spectacular.

   You come here for the views. Food is just ok and pretty overpriced. You get massive portions though. Feels a bit commercial and touristy, but service was prompt and on point.

   Very beautiful location. Waiter was helpful but definitely a push to get you to order more expensive dishes. Drinks were great.
