    We had the Bison short ribs and wood fired duck, it was absolutely delicious. Both were perfectly balanced with the accompanying sides and sauces. We’ve been there a few times now and have anyways had a great meal and experience.

    Exceptional service, food and atmosphere. The seasonal menu means you don’t have to have same thing all the time but you know whatever you get will be prepared and served with highest attention to detail.

    Second time here. First time in September … had great food and service and vowed to be back. We did in December. Roasted broccoli is still GREAT. So is the duck with a hint of curry. This restaurant is a “must try” if you come to Banff and stay for dinner. Wife and I will come back again next year.
