   Great food - freshly cooked after choosing the seafood you want - truffle mash was incredible, as was truffle pasta, and creamed spinach - super friendly staff - Vivian was a great restaurant

   We loved the dinner we had at Bigfish. We were made to feel very welcome by the team who explained the menu and how to order. Choosing our fish from the cold bar was great and they had a good selection of fish and shell fish. The fish was cooked beautifully and the other dishes we ordered were delicious. We had their own brand Chardonnay which we enjoyed very much. A great experience with excellent food. I would highly recommend especially fish lovers

   This restaurant is an overpriced tourist trap. Its apparent signature dish, fried calamari, is nothing but frozen deep fried breaded squid served cold with some green pepper rings on top. The grilled sea bass was insipid even with the thyme and garlic left in the cavity! The only saving grace was the Marseille seafood soup, but even then, there were perhaps three mussels and some scraps of fish. Bearing in mind, this is Budapest, not central London, the bill was £100 for two people. Oh, and let's not mention the chaotic arrangements to order the food at the counter, nice idea poorly executed

   Ristorante bello e qualità ottima di pesce. In Italia ristoranti così siamo abituati a trovarli ma qui è molto difficile ed è comprensibile la fascia del prezzo medio - alta. Però dopo giorni in cui il palato era abituato a cibi speziati e dai sapori forti, ci andava del sano pesce cotto alla piastra. Siamo stati molto soddisfatti.

    One of the rare good seafood restaurants in Budapest where they actually sell well done grilled fish, and not just sushi and seafood products. Definitely on the pricier side, so be ready to cash out, but the food quality is worth the visit. The staff are all incredibly nice and welcoming. The seabass and salmon were absolutely incredible, and I’d highly recommend going to that place even for just their fries and truffle mashed potatoes, as they’re some of the best I’ve ever had! If you wish to dine on some Mediterranean style fish and seafood, then give this place a go!
