   We had set menu 1. Delicious food. However I found desert part weak. It is not nice to force people to spend more on top of a pre-set menu. They only serve cookies, which ridiculous at the end of a great dinner. They also need to expand their wine list. Food and drink service time was also not synchronized.

   A tapas experience. You can order from two tasting menus or a la carte. Whichever you choose it will be a delightful experience. Each dish is so composed that it is excellent in ingredients and size. The 2 tasting menus are 12 courses each arranged in groups according to types. If you have food allergies or extreme dislikes, the server will take note and the chef will adjust or substitute to make sure your dining experience is one of joy. The wine list is carefully curated and a bit on the rather expensive side. You can order by the glass or by the bottle and wine flights are available with the tasting menus. Jose Andres has done it again!

   The service was great. The food … not so good. I’ll take Zatayna, Oyamel, or Jaleo any day. Nothing was bad - save for the Buffalo chicken which was just gross and soggy - but nothing was really good. At this cost point they are charging the food should be spectacular or at least not meh.

   Dined here twice recently and both times, my request for a specific section was ignored though there were available tables in that area for our party size ("we have those tables reserved for other parties"... even though I specifically requested that area too). Food was delicious. Our server was great, but the server support staff made us feel quite rushed by hovering and trying to clear plates when we weren't done. Beautiful restaurant and atmosphere with some service hiccups.

    This was an amazing experience. My friend and I each have mild food allergies and they worked diligently to ensure we had no harmful experiences. Not only were they not harmful they were fabulous dishes! Les was the best server. He’s knowledge, attentive, genuine and diligent. We will be back and visit Les specifically!
