The Barn Kitchen offers a refined take on rustic American cuisine. Executive Chef Jon Butler focuses on influences from the nearby Coachella Valley, and the Barn Kitchen brings small local farms and the unique aspects of the desert to classic American favorites. We aim to create simple, uncomplicated cuisine by showcasing fresh California ingredients. By creating a communal dining atmosphere, we invite all of our guests to make meaningful connections and savor each experience.

The Barn Kitchen is open daily for lunch from 11 am – 2 pm and dinner from 5pm – 9pm. The bar remains open until 11 pm every day for hotel guests, serving a selection of microbrews, wine, and spirits. In the evening, gather around the fire pit for star gazing and smores. Outside guests must reserve a table for lunch and dinner.

Absolute hidden gem in Palm Springs. Almost don’t want to let anyone know about it but it’s just too good not to share. The outside seating is simply beautiful, you are surrounded by beautiful citrus trees, we really felt like we were transported into a European village, maybe Greece (and I’m European so that’s saying something) as for the food….my god!!! The menu is so imaginative, delicate, fresh and just delicious. I tried things I had never tasted before and I LOVE that about a menu. We all ate something different (Fuyu Persimons, Market Greens, Spiced Cauliflower pita and The Barn Burger) and all four of us were blown away. The service…darn I didn’t catch her name, well she was fantastic, she even brought us fresh baked cookies as a treat, which were absolutely melt in your mouth! I can’t wait to go back and try everything on the menu. My new favorite restaurant in Palm Springs maybe even the whole valley!!!

We love the barn kitchen the only issue of the night was the beans in the pork chop meal or over salted and in edible. Everything else was delicious and we had a wonderful server. This place is a gem.

The setting is zen, ambience is peaceful , feels spa-like with table situated in a beautiful outdoor garden oasis. This lived up to our expectations. The food was interesting and had a home cooked comfort to it. The service was “lingering”and time in between courses and getting the bill were slow. Not sure if this is the standard and an intentional pace but we felt that perhaps this night was understaffed. We practiced our patience and tried to get into the zen zone so that the slow service did not interfere with the night but truth is, we likely will not go back because of it. At least, not in the near term.

We had a wonderful evening in the garden- great service and delicious foood! From the apps, salads, main courses to the warm cookies, it was all incredible!

We highly recommend eating at The Barn. The food was just wonderful. We had the steak dinner for two. It was the most perfect meal. Everything was so fresh. I can't wait to go back. We also had lunch at The Barn. The port sandwich was beyond good. The bread was perfect. The chips and guacamole was so good. You feel like every bit is fresh and healthy.

This is the place!! Exceptionally beautiful, rustic surroundings…peaceful and very chill vibes. Food is stellar, matching the gorgeous, inviting grounds. I’m moving in!!
