Dear Valued Customers,

The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW-licensed venue.

Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment.

As we are a licenced venue, BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised in advance through your OpenTable platform booking. Meals will be served alternate drop, meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and will have limited facility for alterations.

Payments will be made after your meal; we do not accept cash or split bills.

We only take reservations via OpenTable. For larger bookings of 7 people or more, please email ambassador.reservations@tafensw.edu.au

                Wonderful dinner prepared and serviced by a group of amazing students. All the food was amazing, especially the sirloin beef and the coconut crème brûlée.

                Difficult to find location. Not told previously that a table of two could not order the same meal. Too many hard surfaces in the room made the room very noisy. A bit difficult to understand some of the servers. Could clearly understand the cooks when they came out at the end of the meal. Some repeats from the meal. Presentation of the meals was excellent.

                Enjoyable dinner, well prepared and presented by the students and teaching staff. Being mindful, patient and co-operative in lieu of the training purpose and goal of the experience is recommended. A big thank you to the staff and student at LCB.

                Degustation lunch was good. Many seafood dishes, some dishes did not match the menu but were similar. The guests thought it was a Japanese, French theme. We gave a positive feedback to the students.

                We couldn't fault any aspect of our experience. The service was terrific. Our wait staff was very pleasant, interacted with us, explained how the night worked and each menu item. He was very attentive without being over the top. The food was plentiful and delicious and were even offered a container to take ours surplus home. A very enjoyable evening.
