Disappointing Christmas Eve Dinner We visited The Aerie at Snowbird for the Christmas Eve buffet with high expectations, but the evening ended in a very disappointing and stressful way. While most menu items were clearly labeled for allergens, the German Chocolate Truffle was not marked as containing tree nuts. This inconsistency led to a severe allergic reaction in my family, requiring an immediate trip to the ER and cutting our evening short. Inconsistent allergen labeling is unacceptable in a restaurant of this caliber. Either label all potential allergens or none at all—guests rely on this information to make safe dining choices. For the price we paid, we expected better attention to detail. I hope the management addresses this issue to prevent others from having a similarly negative experience.

We have enjoyed several holiday meals at the Aerie and it has always been a wonderful dining experience. The food is always an exceptional feast of flavors, with a visually stunning presentation. The views are spectacular and it was especially magical for Christmas Eve having a view of the torch parade and fireworks. We can’t wait to share another family celebration at the Aerie.

Try the Bison cooked to perfection. Their cocktails creative but not over the top. Cheese cake is TO DIE FOR. Wonderful service. All round perfect evening.

We sat down at 7:35. Ordered our food by 7:45. We didn't get our first appetizer until 8:35. No communication from the staff. The restaurant was not busy. The FOH managers were just standing around. They forgot to bring us bread to start and by the time our mains came they completely forgot to ring up one of the two mains we ordered. Complete miss, and it didn't seem like they cared. Big let down honestly. We had a far better experience at Seventy/One downstairs.

Waited an hour and 25 minutes for food that was terrible. The resturant wasn't even busy. The hangar steak was overly seasoned and raw. My kids did not like the spaghetti and refused to eat most of it. The only good thing about the resturant was our waitress Charlotte. Would definitely pass on this resturant if at the cliff lodge. Don't even get me started on their "charcuterie board". A joke.

Food was okay but severely overpriced. Felt understaffed and the waitress clearly hadn’t tasted the food or had any knowledge of it.

MUCH better than last year. there were rolls!! The flow was better and I loved that the desserts were in a different room than the food.

It was a great experience of the area for Thanksgiving. They were a little understaffed, but our waiter was amazing. The scenery was beautiful and the food was great. Thank you for serving us on Thanksgiving day!

We’ve had Thanksgiving there before when they had it in the Atrium and always enjoyed it. This year was much different, food was cold, mediocre at best. No ambience.
