Very “meh.” Drove up for Valentine’s Day for a set menu that reads a lot better than it comes out. For a special occasion, presentation left a lot to be desired. Halibut was over cooked, Filet was under, gnocchi was more like funeral potatoes… underwhelmed by all but the kind and attentive service.

1/2 full restaurant with an hour wait between Entree and appetizer. Only to have the closest thing to having the Entrees thrown at us without them actually flying through the air. Then 1 of the tenderloins was overcooked but on the bright side they were small so it really felt like a rip off. The wine server (not sure if he was a sommelier) was great as was the bus boy other than that we were very disappointed.

The chicken tasted like rubber, service was not great, and it didn’t feel like an upscale intimate restaurant like it seemed to be advertised

My wife and I ski at Snowbird probably every other year, and we typically have a dinner at the Aerie each time. Food, service and ambiance are typically very good. This visit the service was weirdly a bit off. We didn’t receive the wine list, despite being asked if we wanted it. Had to ask a second time. More importantly, my wife’s entree didn’t show up. Ordering snafu. They ultimately provided it, and it was comped. Food was very good however, so we’ll chock it up to an off evening.

Aerie did a very nice job of respecting our need considering a very immune compromised member of our party (cancer/autoimmune/lung) with wipe downs and even relocating staff who might have cold. The ambiance is great. Service was friendly but not satisfactory. Our water was only filled when we asked and our wait for our deserts was inordinate to the point we had to seek out the manager to get them. Importantly the food was excellent. We ordered the Tomahawk steak for three of our group and it was prepared to perfection. The beet carpaccio was amazing as was the lobster risotto. We found a 2013 Talisman Pinot and were delighted.

We have been coming here for many years and this year the value was terrible. Service was fantastic but the quality and value was disappointing to say the least. Will not be coming back until we see management makes some changes.

Extremely overpriced and small portions. Our waiter was excellent! Rolls and butter, delicious. Sushi appetizer was just ok. Tagliatelle was way too salty. Salmon dish was TINY. It literally should have been double the size. The chicken dish was ok.. part of it was burnt. Fig salad was best thing we had. Waiter was very nice and accommodating to our needs. He’s a gem. Cabernet was plain at best. Atmosphere was beautiful but food lacking. We liked the previous restaurant up there much better. And when they had the delicious wings!
