   Great food and service! The butter chicken is as superb, and the rice pudding was one of the best. Highly recommend.

   Authentic, flavourful, delicious food with excellent service. The only tiny minor issue is the door lets in a cold blast of air every time others come and go - a heavy curtain perhaps would solve that? Do go and enjoy though - you won’t be disappointed.

   The food at Thali is to die for! What it lacks in ambiance and space (it’s a little cramped and when full the service can be impacted a little) it more than makes up for in the food. This is a place to seek out and enjoy!!

   This is one of the most overrated restaurants we've visited. While blasted everywhere at the venue with a wonderful Conde Nast review - we got a bit of pretty standoffish service (server told me the answer to my questions is in the back of the menu instead of answering them). We selected the Chicken Tikka, a coconut based curry and the closest to a butter chicken. Three garlic naans and play rice. We love Indian and we eat it all over the world. This was very dry chicken, sauces were quite good but not at the spice level we were told and the waitress did not seem interested to customize. Ambiance was nice even though to be honest we were the only ones there. So mediocre at best food, tiny portions with standoffish service and premium prices. No thanks. PS On our flight back to Cyprus my son (who's been eating Indian since he was three so fourteen years) said that the chicken tikka on the TUI flight was better than Thal ..... and for a much larger portion.

    We loved our dinner at Thali. Service was great and the food was delicious. We would love to eat there again if ever in London.
