   Our server was Kim. Kim was AWESOME, very attentive and made sure our entire table was taking care of!

   Worst table server ever! The meat service was wonderful, very friendly. Salad area and hot items were well maintained. But our "server" stood at the bar and talked, I couldn't even catch her eye so I got up and got my own water. I had to ask others walking by to remove our dirty plates. We saw her 4 times, when introduced herself and ask what we wanted to drink, if we were ready for our check, brought our check and then brought our card back to us. I'm mad now I even left her a tip, I hope she at least has to share with those who actually earned it. She is the one who wore a jingle bell necklace.

   Our waiter was very helpful and friendly, just right. Food was wonderful. But our arrival at the restaurant was very disappointing. We were giving a noisy table by the very bright windows at the front and by the restroom. We objected and were told that no other table was available and that we would have to wait an hour for another table to become available. Then, when we approached the salad/vegetable area, we saw two tables in the next room that would easily accommodate our small party of five. We did change to one of those tables and after that had a delicious meal. But it was disappointing to be told that no other table was available when two were obviously available in the next room. Thankfully, we were able to change and had a very enjoyable Christmas Day meal in quiet, attractive surroundings.

   Food and service was amazing. Busy on Christmas Eve but quickly seated and offered drinks at bar which were great while waiting. Manager checked on everyone tonight and overall great experience.

   Every time we walk in the door we are treated like royalty. We have been visiting this location since it opened. We love it!

   We had to get our waiters attention more than once to get him to tell the men walking around with the meat to visit our table. At one point we just gave up and payed our bill and left. Not sure this experience was worth it.

   Nice place to go. We came for lunch on a Friday. Great value for all you can eat steak. Service was just “okay”. Server only came to check on us twice. Had to get a manager to get us refills on drinks as we couldn’t find our server. Had a hard time getting “rare” meat. We prefer rare. And every time they came over to serve us it was all medium well. The manager finally went to the kitchen and got us some rare meat. Food is very good overall. Service was just slow. Especially for a lunch and it being fairly slow.

    The food today was not what I have come to expect at Texas De Brazil. A few if the better meats were not available, and a couple of the others were kind of tough. I love this place, but was not overly impressed today.
