   First time experiencing this establishment and we were not disappointed. Valentine Day with bride of 39 years was outstanding. Food was delicious, service was impeccable. Will return soon.

   We usually dine at the Schaumburg location so we expected the food at this location to be just as good at lunch as dinner, however it was disappointing. They had no Lobster Bisque, no filet’s, the potatoes and fries were cold. Our server was nice but was not attentive, did not replace plates as needed, no refills offered and no after dinner drinks shown as the other wait staff provided their customers. He did show us desserts after my husband asked him for the menu. We finally asked him for more meat to be brought to the table and ice tea. When our bill came it was wrong so we called it to his attention, he did fix it but it took longer. it was not busy at that time. He must have been new because he was very slow and not sure what to do.

   Went for lunch , smaller menu. The food tasted okay but everything was cool, not even room temperature. I was a bit disappointed on the dressings for salad but the selection of everything else on salad bar was good. Went to restaurant downtown in the past, and the food seemed to have been better but that was sometime ago. Overall it was a nice outing.

   It was my first time there and our waitress was excellent. It was here first day working we were her first customers! Her name was Mia. Really enjoyed our lunch.

   Food service is always exceptional, and because of this the food is always done to perfection with attention to detail from management who walks around as well. It’s a great restaurant for the food you’re getting at the price paid.

   I arrived before my reservation time and was seated right away. Carlos was GREAT! The only disappointment was no one told Carlos it was my birthday. She said Happy Birthday, but it would have been nice to hear it from my server. Everyone was great. Will definitely go back.

    Started at the bar with Jordan. He was fantastic. Answered questions we had about drinks, explained the process of dining at a Brazilian steakhouse, and gave a few recommendations. We got a table right by the bar, and he continued to oversee our experience. We had gotten there at opening and partook of a few happy hour drink specials. The traditional Caipirnhas was very good and my wife liked her sangria. The food was great. My wife just had the "salad bar," which you can easily make a meal of. I had the full dinner experience. Loved it. Every cut was so tender. The sausage is flavorful with just a bit of spice. So full after dinner, did not have room for any dessert, which all looked tasty.
