   Waited 15’ and only after my husband alerted front staff that our waiter had not come to our table. My son ordered fries and the waiter said he would bring them but never did. He was very friendly but not very good. Lobster bisque was cold. Parmesan pork tough and tasteless but the other meats were good. Didn’t try parmesan chicken

   Quite expensive, seem to be stingy with the better cuts. Meat was tough unfortunately and just not that good. Have eaten at this chain in years past in different cities and I recall much better food.

   As frequent diners, this ranks as one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had—particularly for a steakhouse. From poor food quality to subpar service, this visit was deeply disappointing. 1. Food Quality: The plates piled with scraps told the story. The meats were incredibly disappointing—chewy, poorly seasoned, and excessively fatty. When I requested medium, the gauchos consistently served cuts that were medium-rare to rare, with some even bordering on blue. Cuts requested medium-well were overcooked, charred, and burnt. While a diner in our party preferred well-done cuts (where some char is expected), the execution across the board was unacceptable. 2. Pricing: I’ve dined at numerous Brazilian steakhouses and have never been charged by the pitcher for lemonade—a staple non-alcoholic beverage in such establishments. Ontop of that, the pricing felt unreasonable. 3. Table Service: Service was virtually nonexistent. Plates with meat scraps were never cleared. Water glasses sat empty for 5–10 minutes at a time, and no one even offered to repour or even refill the overpriced lemonade. 4. Staff Engagement: The gauchos were notably more attentive than our assigned server, answering questions about meat cuts and trying to meet our expectations. Beyond them, there was no follow-up from anyone else. At quality Brazilian steakhouses, a floor manager or supervisor typically checks in to ensure guest satisfaction. That never happened. 5. Lack of Special Touches: Despite mentioning a celebratory event and spending nearly $500, not comping a $12 dessert or adding a simple “congratulations” felt like a significant oversight. This came across again as though the restaurant prioritized revenue over the guest experience. Overall: I left deeply disappointed. Out of respect to the celebrator, I did not get the manager. Howewver this restaurant failed on every front—food, service, and attention to detail. I would not dine here again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

   Always a great experience at this location! Food is flavorful and delicious. Perfect space for large parties and beautiful atmosphere!

   My family always has the best meal and service here at this restaurant. I can't say enough good things about everything from the look the feel the food and outstanding service!

    It was my first time and a unique experience. I would recommend going and trying it out for the uniqueness if you’ve never been to a Brazilian steakhouse. The food was average but the variety was nice.
