   Quite expensive, seem to be stingy with the better cuts. Meat was tough unfortunately and just not that good. Have eaten at this chain in years past in different cities and I recall much better food.

   It was my first time and a unique experience. I would recommend going and trying it out for the uniqueness if you’ve never been to a Brazilian steakhouse. The food was average but the variety was nice.

   I recently dined at a Brazilian steakhouse offering an all-you-can-eat meat experience and a salad bar. While there were some positives, the overall experience was underwhelming, with notable issues in both service and professionalism. The salad bar was excellent—fresh, diverse, and well-stocked. It was easily the best part of the meal. Unfortunately, the meats were hit-or-miss, with several cuts being average in flavor. The serving process was another issue: servers frequently placed skewers on used plates at our table to slide off meat, raising hygiene concerns. Meat juices splashed onto the table during serving, and worse, my coat—hanging on the back of my chair—ended up stained with meat juices as servers passed by. A major disappointment came before we even sat down. We arrived at 3:30, well ahead of our 5:30 reservation, and asked if we could be seated early. The manager said they had space but warned we’d need to leave by 6:00 because large groups were coming in. I asked if we’d also have been asked to leave at 6:00 had we arrived on time for our 5:30 reservation. The manager confirmed this, saying they’d still need the table. It felt unprofessional and inconsiderate—why accept a reservation for a two-hour block if you’re only willing to allow 30 minutes? Our server was attentive and polite, which helped offset some of the frustration. However, the combination of mediocre food quality, messy serving practices, and the unprofessional handling of reservations made the experience less than enjoyable. Rating: 2.5/5 – The salad bar and service were positives, but the restaurant needs serious improvements in professionalism, hygiene, and overall dining experience.

   My first experience at the restaurant, the service was amazing, the décor was very well done, the salad bar was really nice, the food coming to us was really good, the drinks were top notch, the staff really did an amazing job making my wife's birthday very special. great time great atmosphere.

   Took a party of over a dozen of my family members today and thought it would be wise to grab some Sam’s Club Texas de Brazil gift cards which they sell at a discount as well as at Costco. In total, our entire bill was over $1000 but they would not let us use a $20 off coupon printed from their website since we were using gift cards on some of the bill. I know personally I’ve never experienced this kind of treatment as I shop all the time at Kroger using gift cards and I walk in with coupons for my grocery items as well. I was always under the impression a gift cards value is the stated value on the card and coupons can be applied to a gift card that you buy please be aware that is not the case at Texas de Brazil, but they do honor your gift card with coupons at Texas Roadhouse!     I love Brazilian steakhouses and this place did not disappoint! The side and salad bar was incredibly fresh and had loads of different flavors that were great to experiment with and pair with the endless caravan of meats that were constantly paraded around the dining area. I didn’t have a single dry or disappointing bite during the entire dinner. You’re doing yourself a great disservice if you skip out on Texas de Brazil.
