Intentionally designed for guests to linger and connect, each need carefully anticipated before the next. Terras features a multi-course menu full to the brim of vibrant, inventive regional fare, showcasing freshness, vigor, flavor and adventure in equal measure. At the heart of Terras lies our wood burning oven, uniquely coaxing the flavors of the land to truly show themselves, as they are, naturally. The seasonally resonant menu at Terras is made even more memorable with the addition of its mindful mixologists, extensive biodynamic wine list and insanely delicious desserts.

    Staying at Civana for a few days; had lunch and dinner at Terra. Service is attentive and personal. Food is super fresh… salads are delicious. I had an appetizer of a hearts of palm cake that was delicious, and my filet was done perfectly.

    The filet mignon was delicious. I got extra gravy. The greens were perfect and the mashed potatoes delicious. It was just the right amount of food. Everything was tasty.

    miso vegetable soupd was stellat and the sweet potato fries were amazing. I did care for the coconut wrap dumplings, the sauce was bitter to the point of tasting sour or bad. The staff was wonderful

    The grilled carrots were absolutely divine. Served very al dente and topped with a za’atar sauce. I followed that up with the spaghetti squash, which was tasty.

    vegan grilled caesar salad was outstanding. Decaf americano was aromatic and robust, lots of crema. so good. Yolanda, my server, was extraordinary

    The food was good, but nothing to write home about. The artichoke dipping sauce was the best part of the apps. The side of carrots was really good. The berry cobbler was yummy. Our service was very good and the atmosphere is nice.

    Overall a lovely experience especially for an all inclusive package. Trinity was our server 3 mornings in a row and was fabulous! Maybe one of the best servers we’ve ever had. The service was inconsistent at times as there seemed to be a lot of new people My only complaint was we made dinner reservations all 3 nights as we were instructed to do, but each night they wanted to put us inside with hardly anyone else or have us wait 30+ minutes as we were unable to request outdoor seating. What’s the point in making a reservation? They were allowing walk ups to claim the good tables each night rather than those that planned weeks ahead
