   The manager overheard me stating that their food was somewhat salty. He explained that they use coarse salt. He made sure that our steaks were freshly grilled & seasoned with fine salt so as not to over-season. They aim to please. Awesome experience!!! Will definitely be going back.

   Easy to make reservations, and make a last minute addition of one more guest. Table server was attentive, meat was delicious, the salad bar was in good variety.

   We celebrated my husband’s birthday at Terra Gaucha upon the recommendation of a friend. We are happy we did! They rock!!! Our special requests were acknowledged so we know they read our reservation request form…impressive. Great food and impeccable service. We will definitely return.
