Tavi is an Israeli restaurant serving made-to-order pita from a wood-fired oven, elaborately finished hummus plates, and small and large plates drawing from the same modern Israeli inspiration as its sister restaurant, Shaya. The name Tavi is inspired by the Hebrew word meaning “good or beloved” and that’s what Tavi aims to deliver to the Covington community. The cocktails were inventive and delicious. We had the Lamb Ragu Hummus and crudite which were delicious! Took a fried chicken hummus to go- it too was excellent! We hope to cut back on little plates and get entrees next visit.

Hands down, one of the best (if not THE best) restaurants on the North Shore! The fried chicken hummus, lamb burger, and brussel sprouts are absolutely to die for. Every bite was perfection—can’t recommend it enough!

Delicious and fresh! We ordered the Brussel sprouts, fried chicken hummus & the brisket sandwich. So much food for 3 people to share!

We had a great experience at Tavi. The Lebanese style food was amazing, and the homemade pita from the wood fired oven was exceptional.

The atmosphere is much nicer with the sound board!! Music selection was so pleasant but being able to carry on a conversation was the best improvisation!! Thanks
