   The staff and customer service experience was extremely poor. I did not expect this from a restaurant that has such a nice aesthetic and such high prices. I expected the best, as that was the price range I was paying. I had a reservation but waited 10 minutes to even be seen at the front door. We heard the waitstaff at the bar arguing if anyone was ever going to come serve us. The management here is very clearly poor and I would be surprised if the bottom line hasn't been affected here, as the restaurant has a great location and a very intimate vibe that is supremely conducive to dating.

   We were very disappointed. The menu on Open Table does not exist. Of the food we had only the hamburger was good. The chicken was so dry that I choked on it. The carbonara was not carbonara but we didn’t know what it was. The service was bad. There was a hostess and a bartender. It took forever to get our check and we were headed to.the Symphony so it was important. They were nice enough when we saw them. On the website, it said that there was two hours free parking with valet. That was not true. (They did not even know it said that so it was $24 to park ). They may have changed it by now. We were looking for a nice meal before the show but we did not get it. I’ve never written a bad review in my life but the whole experience was terrible and you shouldn’t go here if you’re not staying in the hotel.

   We made a valentine's reservation and when we did, I looked at the site to see if there was a fixed menu for the night, as I know many restaurants choose to do that for holidays. Since there wasn't one, we were excited to try many of their pasta dishes! But when we arrived for our reservation, we were given a fixed menu with only 3 options- none of which were pasta. Very disappointing for an ITALIAN restaurant. When I told the hostess the menu wasn't posted on their site or anything saying there would be a fixed menu, she said it was up to the chef and he only wanted to do those dishes that night. I understand doing a fixed menu, but you should forewarn your customers. Once we arrived and found this out, we didn't really have any other options on Valentine's night. We were sat very close to the door which was extremely cold, even though there were many other tables open. We also ordered a bottle of white wine, which came out cold, but not wrapped or in a chiller so it just sat on the table getting warm while we ate. It was overall very disappointing. We won't be back.

   We had our Valentine's Day date here. I was disappointed to find out, after we arrive, that the menu was limited to only 2 choice entrees. The website and/or Facebook did not share this information. We were seated and ordered drinks. Before we even got our drinks, the waiter wanted out food order. Our salads came out before the drinks even arrived. The dining room was so cold many of the patrons had coats one (me included). The food came and it was underwhelming. The temp of the food was barely warm. Our server or the food runner/manager on duty did not check on our food one time. I couldn't even eat the extremely small lobster tail as is was so overcooked and stuck in the shell. The cheesecake dessert was disappointing as well. After tip, the bill was $200 with our meals and two drinks each. The overall experience was not good.

   Pleasant ambience and good food. Staff were friendly and pleasant but did not offer drinks or ask if we wanted more once we had finished our meal. Overall a good experience, but the service could use some improving.

   I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. The entire experience was disappointing. The wait staff was slow and hard to get their attention. The food was mediocre. I’m will not be returning.

   First of all the bartender was our server. So he only came over to take our order and then we never saw him again. The order of the food was wrong, and just the lack of care taken to us was poor. The hostess was the best part of the experience.

   Poor service overall. Took over 5 minutes to even be greeted by the hostess. Told multiple times it was going to be a wait because things just weren’t going well. Took until the 3rd course to get my husbands drink when it was ordered first. Food was alright, but not great for the price. We won’t be back.

   Wonderful 5 course meal for Restaurant Week! Service impeccable and everyone was exceptionally friendly. Would recommend this for date night anytime.

    Very good!!! Everything we ordered was really good! I asked for the gluten free pasta option to be subbed on one of the main entrees and it was delicious!!! My husband ate his entire bowl of pasta! We live one block away from there found out they DoorDash and also found out they make an incredible gluten-free pizza! We will be ordering and visiting again very soon!!
