   Food and services were just awful. Almost an hour for our entrees to come, and they forgot our apps. Server kept disappearing. Food was greasy, oily, overcooked, and bad all around

   I was seated at a table waiter was very very nice, but unfortunately, they overloaded him with tables which he could not keep up with. I got my food before any beverage food came cold. I had to ask for cutlery. I asked somebody to get a waiter to see if they can help me out with my drink and they said they will try to find someone nobody ever showed up. Ate my meal and was very disappointed.

    We waited an hour for our food. When the food arrived the fries with the chicken tenders were cold. My mom ordered a burger. It arrived with cold fries and an undercooked burger. The burger that was brought back was not fresh but one that had a bite out of it. Although the burger was taken off the bill I feel we should have been offered dessert. Consuming raw meet is very dangerous and more should have been done. The server was very apologetic.
