   This was our 3rd time dinning here. We are always impressed with the food, but this time we were particularly impressed with our waiter. It was post-Christmas celebration with friends and the waiter made certain we were not rushed at all, even though it was a busy dinner hour. We stayed 2.5 hours having leisurely drinks, appetizers, main course and dessert, with lots of time between each course for conversation. The waiter, plus being in the upstairs dinning area, made it a perfect evening. Everyone loved their food choices, both appetizers and main courses. Our guest was very much impressed.

   Our waitress was very helpful & attentive. I had the seafood pescatore, my husband had the sardines & spaghettini. The pescatore didn’t have much flavor & the sardine pasta was dry. We expected better for a pricey Italian restaurant.

   The food was really good but the service was not great the waiter messed up 3 out of 6 orders and gave us appetizers that we didn’t order. Tho make up for it we got a “free” desert for everyone which was 2 tiny chocolate cakes that was enough to feed 2 not 6 people.

   Food was so delicious! We had the seafood pasta and the spaghetti bolognese. The arugula salad was very nice.

   Their sea urchin pasta is so delicious that we are going back there next week before we return home to Seattle. Great place to enjoy food if you are pasta lovers.

   Excellent food and atmosphere. We sat outside on the Lanai and thoroughly enjoyed the meal.

   We had a great experience. The eggplant app was delicious as was the seafood bruschetta. Our entrees were great also, we had the king salmon, seafood pasta and Moderna bolognese. The service was outstanding

    Not so impressed with this visit to Taormina. When booking we requested outside table but were led to top of stairs of upper level table. Waiter was prompt and I inquired as to an outdoor table. Nicely, we were taken to the only available table outside snack in the middle of the service action going by us on each side continuously. And we sat unattended to for approximately 20 mins. The manager had approached us in this time to get our choice of water…but she never ever returned. Very uncomfortable sitting in the midst is a bustling room with absolutely NO attention to us. Once Victor finally arrived things got better and services flowed more normally. Server was very soft spoken, hard to hear in the lively space. But he and others served well from this point on. But I must mention, they brought some bread…very good! To be dipped in a rather skim shallow dish of olive oil with maybe 6 tiny dots of balsamic vinegar. We then observed the same brought to the table next to ours…they had a deep dish of oil and a ton of balsamic…???? Tasty but chincy!! Ordered steamed clams…Good! Ruccola salad…Good! Enters were Monchong…Goid! And Uni spaghetti…Ok and not near as tasteful as I’ve had here previously. Deserts were tasteful… All in all it may be awhile before we come back.
