   They NEVER get the orders right--I asked for no cheese, of course there was and last time there were no anchovies on my Caesar salad when I asked to have and pay for a double portion. And the food came kinda cold--french fries should be hot and crisp, they weren't. The food is overpriced and not very good. But the decor is super, if that means anything.

   Reserveda booth. When we arrivef we were given a table nor mor than 2 feet in diameter. Food did not fit on table and in a heavy traffic outside area. Food and service good. Probably will not return.

   Great food! Very accommodating service and a delicious meal. A great place for nice atmosphere and good food. Only complaint is the noise level is quite loud outside. It was hard to hear each other at the table but there was live music nearby. Inside tables weren’t loud at all. Overall very good experience!

   Our dinner was very good. The beef carpaccio was delicious as well as the beignets. Our main entrees were very good as well. Tyler, our server, was great. Would definitely go back.

   Been twice now. Sandwiches, salad, and burgers are good. Steaks and fish are not so good and way overpriced.

   This was our second time here. We went on the very busy night of Valentine's Day. We were seated at 7:15 for our7:00 reservation which I thought was really timely considering how crazy busy they were. The only issue we had was we were seated outside at a very tiny table. We barely had room for our meals, and it made it difficult to eat comfortably. However, our server was great and the food was A+! I really like this place and will definitely go back soon! I just hope those tiny tables will not be used anymore!

   Food was bad. Ordered steak med-well, came out rare. Other food was over seasoned with much to much garlic. Soup was served warm and without a spoon. I had asked for extra hot. Salt and pepper shakers were empty. Server tried hard and offered free desert but we refused. She told us she didn't tell the manager about our complaints.

    If you want great ambiance for dining then visit the restaurants of Mercato Naples. The Taverna Burntwood offers a wonderful atmosphere and great food. On this visit, we sat at the bar during Happy Hour (we don't even drink) to have some dinner off the Happy Hour Menu. It was hands down some of the best service ever received at any Burntwood Location and our food was terrific! HUGE SHOUT-OUT to the Bartenders Seth, Alise and Jaden as they were delightful and provided a great casual dining experience and even though busy checked back with us often to ensure we had all we needed. Also, it was a nice touch (even though just sitting at bar) to have some management team (Peter, Jamie and Julia) stop by to welcome us to the new concept and thank us for our business over the years. It's really nice when there are so many places to choose from for dining that you those you do dine at recognize your faces and loyalty.
