   Swizzle Dinner & Drinks is a great place for a date night or special occasion. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner here while visiting Louisville. The rotating floor provided a view of the riverfront as well as downtown Louisville. Food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent! We will definitely recommend this establishment and will return if we are back in town.

   We have loved this restaurant in the past and couldn’t wait to visit again while on from out of town. It is special to us having had our engagement dinner in that location. We had a reservation and were seated at a table with a ceiling leak. When we reported being dripped on and asked to move, our server told us it has happened before. Then we moved our own things to the new table they gave us because no one offered to help. We had picked out our dishes from the online menu and then when we arrived all of those items had been revised in big ways so we were disappointed. It is not difficult to change an online menu to match current offerings. The steak we ordered was undercooked. Premium cocktails came with small watered down ice. We were so disappointed we will not be going back..

   Excellent food and service. Very enjoyable! We brought our friends, and one of our guests especially silly enjoyed the smoked Manhattan.

   I had an extremely disappointing experience at Swizzle. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that customer service is not a priority here. I was seated promptly, but no server came to introduce themselves. I waited patiently for an hour and even asked twice for someone to attend to me. Despite this, no one ever came to take my order or even acknowledge me. It was frustrating and embarrassing to feel completely ignored while other tables were attended to. After waiting far longer than I should have, I finally decided to leave. This level of negligence is unacceptable for any establishment, especially one in the hospitality industry. I cannot recommend this restaurant and hope they take serious steps to improve their service in the future.

   The experience was good and our waiter was awesome . Not too busy also for a Saturday night . Food price was a little high but food was pretty delicious. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a anniversary or rehearsal dinner

   The food and the atmosphere were phenomenal. We got the shrimp cocktail and the roasted bone marrow as an appetizer and absolutely loved it. The salad course was fair but that part really isn’t exciting anyway. For entree we ordered the ribeye, Oscar style with potatoes and asparagus. The asparagus and the steak were FIRE. Potatoes weren’t my favorite thing but to each their own. The issue I had with the restaurant and the reason for my not perfect review, is the service. It absolutely did not match the price I paid for dinner. It was 260 dollars for 2 people and my server was the least bit attentive. It was 10+ minutes before we got water and 5-7 more before our captain greeted us. It was not a busy night whatsoever. By the end of the meal, we just skipped out on dessert because everything was just such a long wait. The guy was very friendly when we did see him, it just wasn’t very often. I’m glad to have had the experience but we most likely won’t return.

   My party enjoyed everything about swizzle, food was excellent a good portion of salmon and beef. We loved the warm rolls too. The revolving restaurant is fun too. Robert was our waiter and he was excellent.

   The space did not seem too festive for the holidays as it was in the past. If it was not for the cheerful and attentive staff, the experience would have been disappointing.
