Sweetwater Chophouse, Fired Stone Tavern & 4kd Crick Brewery are located on Eagle Rock Golf Club. Open to the public 7 days a week. This is the spot for celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, company parties or if you are just in the mood to come out to enjoy a mouth-watering meal and amazing signature drinks. The focus for Executive Chef Aaron Weible is to maintain a scratch kitchen. Preparing everything daily from sauces to breads. Utilizing local area farmers for fresh vegetables and using our on-site herb garden. We take great pride in providing each of our guests a WOWing experience.

All went well. We were seated immediately upon arrival based on our reservation. Our server Heather, promptly took our refreshment order discussed the menu options and promptly brought our drinks and took our meal orders. Our meals were delivered in a timely manner and good and hot just the way I like it. All meals we excellent no complaints. we will definitely go back .

Sweetwater Chophouse is easily the best restaurant in Defiance. The food is always cooked perfect and the staff is professional and remembers your name. It is always a great experience dining at the Chophouse!

Food, atmosphere, and service was great!! We all had something different as always started with the truffle fries and the our entrees and finished with blueberry cheesecake that was soo good and the chocolate peanut butter cheesecake

Great restaurant to go to for a special occasion. The upstairs dining room faces the golf course giving stunning views. The interior of the restaurant is very ‘classy’. The food is on the pricier side but worth it. They offer a salad bar along with specialty drinks and a varied choice of entrees. Highly recommend!
