   There was no heat on and it was 28 degrees outside. Waitress said she informed the owner but no one ever showed up to turn it on. We ate with our coats on.

   The food was okay. The coffee was cold. Packed in to a small space. Service was slow, maybe due to volume or short staffed.

   The food and the service were very good although we were surprised when we were told by the server that we needed to order our apps and dinner at the same time since they were a paper ticket establishment. We enjoyed everything we had until the bill came and our bill went up another $10 for some service fee we were not informed of until then. Unfortunately, after a lovely evening, we walked away with a sour taste.

   We had a 6:15 reservation and arrived at 6:10 and were seated right away. No one came over to our table until 6:30 and that’s because I flagged a waitress down to complain. We put our order in at that time without appetizers and asked for water. She didn’t bring our water until another 45 minutes later and only after she came over to apologize that our food was taking longer than expected and we asked for it again. We sat there until 7:55 when we finally got up and left without eating anything. We didn’t want to be late for our show at the Broadway Theater which I had let them know earlier that we had tickets for. We spent an 1 hour and 45 minutes sitting in a very cold restaurant without so much as a bread bowl even being brought to the table. What a horrible experience!

   Nice local spot with great, friendly staff. I found the salmon under-seasoned, and my partner found the risotto also under-seasoned.

   We had a wonderful experience. The waitress’s Taylor and Rose were very friendly and helpful. The food is amazing and portions are perfect. This definitely a place to experience.

   Wait staff was attentive to our theater tickets schedule. Lobster ravioli was excellent. Mushroom Alfredo was disappointingly bland.

    I’ve been wanting to try this place for so long and unfortunately I was disappointed, pretty sure it will be my first and last time there. In the past I used to walk by and it would be PACKED. I got there and it was only us and two other tables on a theater night, I got concerned. Nice wait staff but inattentive. Very limited menu, I felt bad for my vegetarian friend and even offered to leave before ordering but she was a good sport and ordered the only vegetarian entree, the mushroom Alfredo. Side note yes there were salads but no everyone wants a salad for dinner. And even the butternut squash soup had chicken stock so that wasn’t an option either. Food came out looked good, but both me and my friend noticed our meals were bitter and almost sour (?) I had the crab and shrimp risotto. Between the two dishes the only shared ingredient was fresh parsley. We couldn’t figure out why our meals tasted the way it did. Nonetheless we had a show to catch, we didn’t bother taking over left overs. Will not return and do not recommend.
