Our Executive Chef hand-selects fresh fish for our daily sushi 7 days a week. If Dong cannot get the quality he desires or the price he needs to make sushi affordable for you, he will not buy it. Service was terrible. Food was very good but brought to us out of order and one main course was completely forgotten. Asked to speak to the manager (owner was there we were told) and told she wouldn’t be able to. Won’t go back.

Food was tasteful but sushi fell apart. Maybe they were understaffed but service was not good. I never give only a 10% tip but o had to this time.

When we arrived they said they don’t deal with Open Table and did not have our reservation but they could seat us.not sure avoid using open table again.

Service was very slow, which we were OK with as they were understaffed for the night. Waited over an hour for our sushi, then they came out with our second order of sushi and totally forgot the 1st order. We were patient about this, but after the restaurant cleared we waited an extra 25 minutes just to get our bill, 3 different servers were coming to our table even when the place was almost empty, they comped nothing, didn’t apologize but just said “thanks for being patient.” Had an opportunity to remedy the situation but didn’t. Pretty bad experience, probably won’t go back.

My husband and I ordered 3 basic rolls, we waited at our table for over an hour and our order never came. When we asked about the delay, the reply was “we are very busy”. We left so I cannot rate the quality of the food. This restaurant seems to focus on their take out orders over dine-in customers. Definitely won’t go back.

Our favorite sushi spot by far, everyone in our family adores Sushi and the experience that Lily and her chefs provide. We love her unique recommendations, the DELICIOUS food, how FRESH everything always is, and how gracious the service always is. Can’t say enough wonderful things about sushi Ukai!

Sat in one of the private rooms near the windows and it was an overall fantastic experience. Service was top notch, food was excellent, drinks were great, and all at a reasonable price. Will definitely be coming back as I may have found my new favorite local sushi spot.

The food was great. Only downside is we waited about 15 mins before the server came to our table and got our order. Other than that, we had a nice experience.
