We did the Omakase seated at the bar, and it was truly amazing. From start to finish the texture, colors, and flavors were an exploration through delight. Not every dish was may favorite, though there were several that were unanimous top choices. Every offering did have some in our group that really liked them. All in all was an amazing experience I feel happy to have had. In NYC this would have been 2.3-3X more expensive.

A little out of the way to find but what a gem for great traditional sushi. Smaller restaurant with exceptional sushi and chef has a couple of twists in store for your taste buds. If you are seeking great sushi at a fair price for quality, this is your spot.

The food in the omakase was excellent, varied, and plentiful. The sake pairings were all delicious. We felt informed on what was coming out to us for each course and struggled to eat it all while absolutely wanting to consume every single bite.
This meal was a highlight of our trip to Tokyo and we wholeheartedly recommend it to others.

Very expensive experience. The food was good, but I had similar experiences in many other Tokyo restaurants for a fraction of the price.

Really amazing experience. If you haven’t been to Japan this is a must do. Note it was a prefix meal which we didn’t know booking via Open Table. (No option for a la carte). All in all we enjoyed the experience even if some of the dishes were too adventurous for us. We were so stuffed so go hungry.
