   We ordered medium steaks and they were both quite over cooked. It still tasted good! The concept of the experience was nice but the execution was off a bit. But it could have been an off night. Fun night over all and great servers. They gave me a rose for my birthday!

   We ordered the scallops and black cod. It took a long time to come out. Our food was not hot. We didn't want to wait for another order so we asked them to bring some hotter risotto. The replacement was not much hotter and it was not cooked completely. The black cod had a lot of bones (>15). They comped us some drinks but overall, we were disappointed with the food and service. Attached a photo of the 2 piles of risotto and numerous bones.

   Brianna was our server and her customer service was amazing! She was so nice and pleasant. The staff were very friendly. The food was AMAZING! We will definitely be back to dine again.

   We went for Christmas dinner and it was very crowded but the hostess stand moved very efficiently to get the parties seated. The service was great and food was excellent as well. The new manager Marrisa really has the crew running well on a day that could get very crazy. This was a much better experience that last Christmas.

   Lisha was an outstanding server. Her ability to remember everyone's order perfectly, without writing anything down, was truly impressive—especially for a party of six. She was incredibly engaging, and her positive energy added to the experience. The food, however, left much to be desired. While the fries were hot and delicious, the main entrées were disappointingly lukewarm. My Chilean sea bass lacked the tenderness it typically has, giving the impression it wasn’t fully cooked. Similarly, the filet mignon didn’t meet its usual standard, and one of the drinks had to be sent back. On a brighter note, the ambiance was fantastic. Perfect for Christmas day. Sullivan's never fails to deliver a great vibe. The staff was exceptionally courteous, accommodating our 15–20 minute delay due to traffic, which we truly appreciated. Overall, while the food fell a little short, we still enjoyed our time.
