   Great place for a special occasion! Celebrated my partner and I’s anniversary there and everything was amazing. The food, the drinks, and the service was fantastic. Would definitely recommend the beef Wellington bites as an appetizer and the lobster mac and cheese as your tables shareable. Will definitely be going back for another special occasion!

   Our server was pleasant, informative on the menu and was attentive to us throughout the meal. The issues were with our food. The complimentary bread was noticeably late and missing and did not come out until we had been sitting for 15 minutes. It came just before our appetizers came out. The apps did not come out at the same time. Our server suggested the beef Wellington bites which were very tasty and these came out first. About 5 minutes later our second appetizer arrived which were the angry shrimp. The food was good and presented well, but bringing apps our 5 minutes apart is unusual. My daughter and I both ordered house cut Strips. Hers was a nice cut and 1”+ thick. My steak came out and was much thinner at less than 3/4” thick and was of poor quality. It was not consistent like a strip usually is with the meat and was more like a ribeye with fat and other non meat substance. A very poor and thin cut for a $57 12 oz steak. In addition, the steaks were lukewarm and almost cold when they arrived at the table. They also forgot about two of our appetizers. We reminded our server of this when she came to check on us after the steaks had come out and had been eating. She apologized and went back to the kitchen. By the time the remaining apps came out, the meal was essentially over. It was a disappointing experience for our family.

   Food quality was good. We waited almost an hour between appetizers and main course not sure why restaurant was half empty. Server and hostess were very nice.

   There was confusion as we booked table for Thanksgiving dinner at 8pm, but later or we found that the restaurant is actully open till 8. We called them and their response confused us even more, as they confirmed that they are closing at 8, but if we can arrive till 8, better till 7:30 they will take us. It seems their stuff has no idea about reservations with OpenTable. So, it seems that it's better to double check your reservation with a restaurant so you are not surprised on arrival.

   We took advantage of the Prix Fixe Thanksgiving Dinner as we were visiting from out of town. While the turkey was tender and of generous portion, the rest of the meal left a lot to be desired. Food arrived lukewarm at best. The sweet potato casserole with Pecan crust was in truth a serving soon dollop of mushiness with a couple nuts mixed in. Cranberry sauce was thimble sized. The server made it clear she was not happy to be working the Holiday and service was perfunctory. She let us know that a lot of people are no shows on Thanksgiving and she doesn’t earn as much as she might otherwise. We were stuck in a drab overflow room with little character and a table which finished at the beginning of our meal was left uncleared for the rest of our stay. I expected more from a Restaurant with Sullivans reputation. Won’t be back at least for a Holiday meal.

    Miserable at best. They seated our family of 7 at a 4 top table that turned into a 5 because they obviously gave our table reservation to someone else. We waited for 30 minutes for them to figure out what to do and this was their best solution as per the general manager, who came over to speak to us and could’ve cared less that we were completely crammed at the table for Thanksgiving dinner. There were two spots in the table that were completely lopsided that our plate could not even sit even to eat at. The hostess was also very rude and inconsiderate to our request. Now the food…. Tiny portion sizes.Cold turkey. An absolute disappointing experience for the 7 of us. They gave us a free drink… which we would not even ordered to begin with. Also 2 of us ordered sodas and didn’t get them until they were almost completely done eating???????  Upon our exit the hostess table also was rude and ended up speaking about us as we walked out the door. Sullivans 0 out of 10
