We’ll be open from 11am-8pm and serving a special, three-course, turkey dinner with all the trimmings for $51 per person ($25 for children).     Enjoyed our last evening in Palm Desert by dining at one of your favorite restaurants. Never been disappointed at Sullivan's for lunch or dinner. Even though we arrived early for our reservation, we were promptly seated. The $51 three-course dinner is a real bargain and very enjoyable.

    Terrible! Can I give negative stars? We arrived on time and were seated promptly. Ordered cocktails and our meals. Drinks came quickly. Salads took about 45 minutes to arrive. After an hour and a half, the waiter told us the order computer in the kitchen had been down for 15 minutes, so our meals would be delayed.(A15 minute computer glitch caused an hour and a half delay!!!) at an hour and 45 minutes our steaks came out of the kitchen. Although ordered “medium rare” they were well-done and cold. When I called the manager over, she said she would remove the steaks and not change us for them; we could eat our salads and potatoes. I told her we did not come to a steakhouse to eat those two dishes as our dinner. She then offered to have two new steaks cooked for us. When the new steaks appeared, they looked like the leftover ends from a beef tenderloin, and were almost raw (and cold). Not worth fighting about this second occurrence. We won’t be going beck to Sullivan’s . There are plenty of other excellent steakhouses in the desert that take pride in their product and treat their customers with respect, unlike the manager here

    Danica was top notch. Great service and will come back. Angry Shrimp was great and the Filet Duo from the holiday menu was perfect

    A lovely meal and great service. We had a few special requests and they were all taken care of gracefully. I gave a four on value as it is pricy but completely in line with similar restaurants.

    Customer service was poor. Server wasn’t friendly or attentive. Food order took an hour to receive, not sure why, only order two filet’s and a side of mashed potatoes?! Manager did not address or apologize, just said, “would be out soon”. By the time the food came out, the side dish was cold. For the price of food, the experience definitely did not match.

    If you are looking for a real steakhouse experience then you should skip Sullivans. The hostess was rude and clearly did not want to be there. The atmosphere was one notch above a Denny’s. Staff were running at times and cursing along the way. However the kitchen did a good job, steak was done to order, sides were also well prepared. Overall a poor experience given the price point is that of a real steakhouse.
