   My fish and chips were ok. Nothing spectacular. Waitress was great! Everyone was friendly! The drinks were iced coffees for us. They were good.

   Very expensive. Not sure why. I ordered onion ring and fondue and my husband ordered coffee and wings and they charged us $70.

   We love coming here. The food is pretty good although the sliders could be cooked a bit longer. Alexandria is awesome

   Server and service was horrendous. Took an hour to get our drinks from the bar. Food came before our drinks. Food was also average at best. Management was non existent. Really disappointed for my wife's bday.

   First time experiencing The Sugar Factory. Did not wait for reserved table. The food did take awhile to come out and a manager made rounds to inform us (Tree) that the kitchen just got slammed and they're trying to push out food as quickly as they can. Tree did take care of someone in our party their drink. It was getting watered down waiting for the food. Overall food was absolutely great, great music playlist. Our server Caleb was great.

   Our seating was quick. Server was outstanding Knowledgeable and polite . food came out timely and delicious.

   Very overpriced and overrated. Food quality was poor, only had one server so needless to say, service was bad. Would only go again for desserts and drinks BUT you don’t even get to keep the signature goblet from the $40 drinks. Another disappointment, the Hard Rock has many other restaurants, don’t pick this one.

   My experience was amazing!! I thought I was going to be super late to my reservation but I am so thankful that the restaurant contacted me and I was still able to have my table. The service was amazing! I would definitely come here again! Thank you so much Sugar Factory for a great experience!

   On line and outside the resteraunt said opens at 10am on Sunday. Hostess did not open until 10:15 ish and was not friendly. Waitress was very friendly and sweet - We had cafe mocha and it was good but cold- not hot. we ordered a hot coco expresso per waitress recommendation and-it had no expresso taste (don’t think it had any expresso) -also served room temperature to cool and not hot. We had eggs for brunch and asked for salt /pepper and waitress did not come back with salt/pepper. Toast was served with no butter nor jam. Potatoes with no catchup. We had a flight of  mimosas and they were good and we were offered some take home cups for the unfinished - and some extra candies . That was nice ! Ambiance /Decor was cute and fun and as expected. We won’t make a special trip to go back.

    The overall experience was merely average. Our server, Henney, provided mediocre service, seemingly either unfamiliar with the menu or unwilling to offer suggestions when we inquired. After a wait of over 25 minutes, the food arrived with burnt slider buns, and we didn’t receive our French fries. Although we specifically requested our shared milkshake without whipped cream, it came with it, and there was no offer to split it into separate cups. Throughout our meal, Henney did not check in to see if we needed anything or if everything was satisfactory. Additionally, the ambiance and decor appeared overdue for a thorough cleaning or a complete overhaul.
