   My Experience was bad I had a party of ten kids that came on a party bus we Had reservations for 7 o'clock And we did not get seated until 7:35 and there food did not come to 8:40 so the kids had to rush to eat because they had to be back on the bus at 9:20 .And the server Viviana for table 101 was the worst .We had another table of ten right across from them and that server he did and Amazing job because he was taking care of both tables

   I visited the Sugar Factory in Queens yesterday, and my experience was amazing! The service was fantastic — my waiter was fast, attentive, and very kind. My son loves coming here, so we've been a few times, and it never disappoints. From the drinks to the food, everything is always on point. The ambiance and music add the perfect touch, making it a fun and lively atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for a great time! And very kid friendly

   Always good food and it is decorated in a fun way for the kids. We have been there many times.

   First we were place on a spot with no light where the was music banging in our ears we can’t hear each other speak it was so loud I had to ask the server to move the music box away from us because it was affecting my daughter, food was ok but my husband dish was full of salt we give them back because apparently the chef put double salt on the salmon and mash potatoe only for the server to come back saying oh we are gonna hv to wait 20 more minutes to get it at this point we ask for take away and the asparagus came 10 minutes after the first serving of salty salmon for a valentines dinner for my family which I tought would be nice honestly I love this place my daughters loved this place and I tought why not take them their this is not my first time here I go here maybe one or twice a month but this experience was not it. I take it maybe because it was valentines they were busy but also we paid double for this night to be honest atleast something I wish I would say was worth the night. I’m sorry this was just my honest review but I still love this place their drinks are great.

   My server Robert was wonderful!! There was a kid who just keep yelling other than that it was a lovely Valentines Dinner!!

   I had the most wonderful experience thanks to our incredible waitress. She went above and beyond to make my son’s birthday special, ensuring every detail was just right. Not only was she attentive and kind, but she also captured some amazing photos of us that we’ll cherish forever. I didn’t catch her name, but she was also our greeter when we arrived—her warm welcome set the tone for a fantastic evening. I truly appreciate her effort and would love for her to get the recognition she deserves!

   We've been to this location a few times. The hosts and servers are always wonderful, and we never felt rushed. Both times were upon requests from my kids for their birthdays. The burgers and milkshakes were delicious. The adult drinks were very tasty too. There's ample parking and the ambiance of the regency is also fantastic. It's a really good time with a small to medium-size group.
