   I understand it is a weekday but the service was not to the level I had expected. The waiter didnt know the menu and my daughter's food was cold.

   Our server was super friendly, but not super tentative to drink refills. The prices are crazy high for quality of food/beverages. I suppose that that is not why most people visit though. The candy bar area was low in stock or out of a lot. The place is showing signs of age, especially in the entry and restrooms. The restroom just wasn’t clean. There were also several balloons caught in the chandeliers. With it being under 50 degrees outside, heat would have been nice. When the employees are also wearing jackets, (the most active ones in the place) it is too cold for patrons. Over all a cute place in concept but certainly not a place I need to revisit. Been there, done that, not worth a repeat.

   We had a great time celebrating my daughter tonight. The waitress was great , it was a bit noisy but not complaining. Food was great will come back

   The service was incredibly slow - probably the slowest I’ve ever experienced. It took over 20 minutes to get seated, when we had a reservation and the restaurant wasn’t full. It took at least another 20 minutes for a server to greet us, let alone take our order. It took at least 30 minutes to get our food. The food just ok and it was lukewarm. My side of onion rings that I paid a $5 up-charge for, were extremely greasy (literally dripping with grease) and served in a small bowl so they were all crushed and smooshed. The rainbow sliders, one of their signature items, were all bun - thick colorful buns, with a tiny patty. The fries were ok. The grilled chicken sandwiches were subpar, with a tiny smear of avocado that was brown. The drink was very cool due to dry ice smoke effect. Considering the high cost of the food,considering the quality, I expect this location will not last much longer.

   One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. I’m not sure if they were understaffed or what exactly the issue was. Took 20+ min for someone to come over to us. We were told there was nothing “green” available, including broccoli, asparagus or salads which were all listed on the menu. We would have left but they brought out one milkshake (of 3) and it was my daughters birthday. We ordered black coffee and it was thick and burnt, like it had been on the burner overnight. I never write bad reviews but people need to know. $20 for a shake is also a scam
