   Honestly just bad. We arrived and they told us, “we are out of rainbow items and lettuce”. Which knocked out all salads as an option. Tried to order a hot tea-not available. Decaf coffee, not available. One of our friends ordered a Presecco and they were out of that too. Kids ordered fondue and was told they were out of bananas. Bathrooms were gross, the place was practically empty. Never going back. Looks like they won’t be open long

   Wow where do I start. A friend and I and her daughter came here for brunch. The host seats us at a two seater. Like…with a child? Does she not realize a child needs their own space AND more?? Then our drinks came I got the pink unicorn hot chocolate and my friend got iced coffee and both tasted like barely even warm milk. I switched mine out for an orange juice which tasted like water. My chicken and waffles didn’t come with butter or syrup. For 30 dollars you’d expect something better! The server was great and helpful though.

   We were excited to go there and bring our kids. This was such a terrible experience, I will never go there again. There were 8 of us, and half of us couldn't order what we wanted. I ordered the steak sandwich melt, and it wasn't warm, like it had been sitting out for a while. They were out of everything. The candy section was decimated. The service was very slow, and even the bathrooms were dirty and not stocked. The manager of this restaurant needs to be ashamed of themselves. There is a lack of leadership and it shows. They're quick to charge you a ton of money for your poor experience though. We will never be back. Advertisements are way better than the actual experience.

   Although my kids have requested to go back for a birthday in spring (queue annoyed mom tears) it’s really a NO for me. Minimal staff, mediocre service, and half the menu unavailable. Literally the most expensive disappointment EVER. Whoever handles their inventory needs to be replaced. Literally everything we wanted to order from food to drinks was out of stock. They also don’t have a kids menu, crazy right? The server’s only recommendation for kids was not available. We asked for a birthday celebration. Yep, you guessed it, they were too understaffed to deliver and even told us to come back on the weekend and try again. lol (our bill was just shy of $400 we’re definitely not going back this weekend) The drinks we were actually able to get were mediocre at best. I do not recommend. The candy store was also a joke. Skip that! (Seriously, spare yourself.) The best thing on the menu by far was the cheesecake milkshake and of course the shakes are overpriced but I’d definitely go back for shakes (as dessert) after having an enjoyable dinner ANYWHERE ELSE. Overall, I do not recommend. What’s worse is telling other people we went and everyone’s response is “did you read the reviews?” Yeaaaaaa now I’m adding to those reviews. 🤷🏾‍♀️ We waited a long time for this restaurant to open and were really excited about it. Let my $400 disappointment save you. AVOID THIS PLACE. I can confidently say I would’ve enjoyed ihop or any other food more. (Yes, ihop lol)

   What is going on with this restaurant? There were few customers and even fewer staff. There was no one here. The candy containers were empty. The floors were flithy. I remember just months going the lines were coming out the door.

   Mike was wonderful as our server. So knowledgeable and diligent and very attentive. The atmosphere was beautiful, clean and the music was on point Loved it! I'll be back!!! THANKS FOR A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE MIKE.

   When the waitress came to take our drink order she didn’t have the computer so she had to come back. It took 15 minutes to get a hot chocolate. 15 minutes to get a basket of fries. My husband ordered the ribeye. Because they were out the kicked out our order. So we had to order again. It took almost an hour to get our food. Our waitress never even refilled our drinks or checked on us. We had to get another server to get a refill. We chose not to get dessert because we were worried how long the wait would be.

   We booked what we hoped to be a fun dinner prior to seeing a movie on Christmas night. When we arrived, we heard some other guests leaving and talking about being told most of the staff had walked out. Still, we decided to check-in. Once inside, we noticed several people waiting and were told by the host they were short staffed and running behind. We mentioned we had a movie to catch and he hurried away. We felt sorry for him as he was clearly stressed out so we decided to wait. We waited inside about 10-15 minutes and then stepped outside because the air inside was hazy and smelled faintly smokey. We ended up leaving because it was clear that the experience was not going to get any better. We were left searching for a restaurant before our movie and my poor son was left sneezing from the smokiness. To be fair, the one star rating for food was only because I needed to rate it to continue with the review. We never experienced the food.

   We went for the Christmas dinner, we arrived at 3pm and when we put in our initial order the server came back to tell us that they had ran out of most of the items on the Christmas menu. This included the milkshakes and holiday sliders. We then tried to order other items off the regular menu and once again were told they were out of those. After finally ordering something that they were not out of, I would say the food was not in line with the price point on the menu. The burgers were dry and the tacos had no sauce or salsa. For the price of each item I expected everything to be delicious. I will say our server was amazingly friendly and pleasant!

    Went on Christmas Day ! It was great ! The server was amazing and the food was great ! Will definitely go back !!
