   We booked this reservation for my daughter’s 19th birthday against my better judgement; however, she was adamant about going to the Sugar Factory to celebrate her milestone. I booked the reservation and prior to arrival, we explored the menu and already knew what we were all going to get. We were ready!! We arrived last night and was seated immediately. After 10 minutes we wondered why no one had come to the table to greet us but still we waited. After another 5 minutes or so a polite waitress approached and commenced to take our order, we didn’t need any time to ponder. My daughter ordered first, the Signature burger. The waitress replied that they had been extremely busy during the weekend and didn’t have hamburgers. I asked “what do you have”, just to simplify the process. She then stated they didn’t have hamburgers, shrimp, sliders, and a slew of other items. Basically, they shouldn’t have been open and if they were going to be open it would have been professional and courteous to set the expectations ‘up front’ . Being that it was my daughter’s special day I didn’t want to ruin the milestone so I tried to recover and suggest she just order the specialty smoky drink that she was looking forward to and she immediately replied that she would prefer to leave because she didn’t see fit to support a business that handled such situations so poorly. We decided to leave and due to the late hour, our options were a bit scarce; however, we still had a wonderful night eating Steak and Shake as a family from the comfort of our home, giving God the glory for blessing my daughter with another year of life. Do better Sugar Factory!!

   Great experience for 9 year old’s birthday. We made reservations in advance (and changed the time twice) and we were seated immediately at arrival with no wait. The waiter, Tyrese was very nice and professional, and patient . He made great recommendations for me & 4 girls (8 and 9 year olds). Menu items were a bit overpriced but I was prepared for that and knew this would be a great experience for my daughter. Food was good.

   I came from Goldsboro NC, to bring my daughter to Atlanta for her 9th birthday sugar factory was our 2nd and BEST stop! Zoey really enjoyed herself! Our server HENNI WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! WE LOVED HIM ! The best service EVER! The staff was so welcoming and loved my daughter to pieces whenever I come back to Atlanta I will ALWAYS stop there ! -Shalona

   I loved my experience at the sugar factory it was really good and the service was excellent the prices was up there though but that’s is expected . If you have children bring them they will love it

   I’d like more lighting and to not have to yell to order my food. I used my flashlight and didn’t talk too much with my family.

   We had a horrible experience at this location. The service was terrible. It took forever for our food to come out. We ended up having to cancel one of the orders due to the wait. Our server would seemingly disappear for long stretches at a time and forget thing we ask her for like, ketchup or refills. We will not be returning. I expected at higher level of service to reflect the price points of the menu.

    Just bad. Bathroom filthy. Food is low level might as well have been a salad at Waffle House and the drinks all over priced
