Succotash PRIME is a progressive perspective of classic Southern favorites. James Beard Award winner Edward Lee brings his Korean roots and Southern repertoire to a soulful Southern Steakhouse menu.

SUCCOTASH is named after the classic dish that has been a longstanding staple of the Southern table. While many know “Succotash” when they see it, the dish has been interpreted, modified, and passed from generation to generation for centuries. Our group of 4 really enjoyed the family style brunch option. We found it to be a great value, and rest assured, they provide adequate portions for everyone to not only try everything, but to also leave full. Our server and the bartender were both very friendly and personable, we all enjoyed their service. We ordered a range of cocktails and not one person was disappointed with their selection. The food menu is chock full of familiar comfort foods with a little twists, just enough to give them some extra character without straying too far from the original. I think I’ll be adding Succotash to my list of go-to brunch spots!

Great ambiance and service. Some of the selections can be on the spicy side, even for those who are not particularly spice-sensitive. Prices are on the higher end and the portions are not large (except for the sides which are several servings). Overall, very enjoyable.

We were in town to see A Christmas Carol and made reservations well in advance. The pork ribs were fantastic and my husband loved his shrimp and grits!

We chose Succotash for our anniversary brunch and they made the experience quite enjoyable for us. I noted on the reservation it was an anniversary brunch and we were greeted with both a congratulatory card at our table and free appetizer/dessert samples during our meal. The server was extremely friendly and the food was excellent (we ordered the Taste of the South that featured their delicious shrimp and grits plus chicken and waffles). Couldn't recommend more.

Food and cocktails at succotash were incredible and a great value! It was a bit loud in the restaurant and there were no seats at the bar and we were sat in the middle of the restaurant so it was a bit difficult to have a conversation with my date
