Succotash PRIME is a progressive perspective of classic Southern favorites. James Beard Award winner Edward Lee brings his Korean roots and Southern repertoire to a soulful Southern Steakhouse menu.

SUCCOTASH is named after the classic dish that has been a longstanding staple of the Southern table. While many know “Succotash” when they see it, the dish has been interpreted, modified, and passed from generation to generation for centuries. Our “Succotash” is special to us and we invite you to experience the South from our point of view.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The wait staff was incredible and the food was some of the best brunch we've ever had! The cocktails were also great and the whiskey list was very comprehensive. Our table all agreed it was one of the best meals we've had in recent memory

We visited Succotash Prime and the food was delicious. We had the cauliflower as an appetizer. I had chicken and waffles and my husband had the NY strip. Everything was absolutely amazing.

The building is absolutely beautiful! We were greeted by friendly staff as soon as we entered the restaurant, and were able to be seated early for our 2pm reservation. Service was good and the food was also good. I will come back and sit at the bar for happy hour next time.

A great lunchtime burger, sides of mac and cheese (bland), succotash (not for me, too much like cream of sweetcorn soup) and a citrus salad (delicious if a bit wet) and an amazing location. Some of the fried chicken options going past also looked tempting

Food was delicious and artfully presented. Our server Godwin sounded like a pro answering our questions about the menu..later he said it was his first week. He was friendly, helpful and made our evening the best!
