STK artfully blends two concepts into one—the modern steakhouse and a chic lounge. A large central lounge area is furnished with creamy leather banquettes and textured crocodile tiles, and is surrounded by an elevated dining room for more formal dining. Theatrical lights illuminate each table, while a DJ creates an energetic vibe throughout the entire space. STK Midtown is located in Midtown Manhattan, just steps from the bustling Theatre District. STK Midtown includes an outdoor patio and separate bar during summer months. As anticipated, steak is the main attraction. With a chic and modern mindset, STK offers small, medium and large cuts of meat, as well as naturally raised options and market fresh fish entrees. Aside from steak, signature items include Parmesan Truffle Fries; Lil’ BRGs; Crispy Lobster Tail; Sweet Corn Pudding; and Jumbo Lump Crab Salad.

We were sat all the way in back of restaurant that was obviously an annex to restaurant. There were plenty of empty tables in main part of restaurant, and they said couldn’t accommodate us. We made reservation a week prior. Wouldn’t have gone if knew they would sit us there. Service was good, then waitress was very nice.

This place is a night club that serves steaks. I have never been so disappointed in an experience which was my wife’s birthday celebration. The tables were too close together and the DJ was playing music as if we were in a nightclub at midnight. I could not get out of there fast enough after spending $200 for two of us. We dined at Bourbon Steak in Nashville 2 months ago, and that is a high quality steakhouse.

Loved the architecture of this building and the servers were awesome! The food was amazing and highly recommend getting a filet with truffle butter! Such an amazing presentation. The truffle and mushroom pasta was exceptional! It was a little loud for my taste at a high end steakhouse though but I’d return for the good!

Don’t bother making a reservation they don’t actually reserve anything. Waited 30+ minutes and had to walk to the desk to ask what’s going on with our table. Finally got seated and ordered our food. Got a ribeye steak and the lobster pasta. Presentation was a 0/10 for the price you pay, lobster was way over cooked, and the steak was dry. Tables in there are jammed in there where you can barely walk. If I’m going to be paying almost $100 per person this is not the experience to have. Better off going to a fast food chain, you’d probably get treated better. Also why is there a random guy in the men’s restroom selling cologne and gum??
