STK artfully blends two concepts into one—the modern steakhouse and a chic lounge. A large central lounge area is furnished with creamy leather banquettes and textured crocodile tiles, and is surrounded by an elevated dining room for more formal dining. Theatrical lights illuminate each table, while a DJ creates an energetic vibe throughout the entire space. STK Midtown is located in Midtown Manhattan, just steps from the bustling Theatre District. STK Midtown includes an outdoor patio and separate bar during summer months. As anticipated, steak is the main attraction. With a chic and modern mindset, STK offers small, medium and large cuts of meat, as well as naturally raised options and market fresh fish entrees. Aside from steak, signature items include Parmesan Truffle Fries; Lil’ BRGs; Crispy Lobster Tail; Sweet Corn Pudding; and Jumbo Lump Crab Salad.

Food was great, Calamari was amazing… filets were cooked perfectly, the truffle butter was an excellent addition. Chocolate cake finished the night off exactly how I hoped!

Overall not as expected food quality not great for the price. Steak came well done even though ordered medium temperature. By the time steak came again all sides were cold and couldn’t enjoy dinner with my family. Steak not as comparable to Ruth Chris or chophouse other big steak houses for the price disappointing for sure. And they didn’t even give the steak complementary for all the trouble.

Love that they confirmed my reservation and read the details. We arrived earlier than the reservation time but they sat us early anyway. We took pics while we waited. The waiter was witty and nice. All the food was superb. You have to try the steaks and calamari. I’d like to recommend mock tails for people who don’t drink but don’t want soda. I’ll be making another visit back in the future.

The music was too loud, you can’t communicate with your other half. The only way was to scream and it was just too much. We wish it was more nice and peaceful, a harmonic and calmer environment would make the business better and improving the customers well-being.

The Porter house bone in Steak was too small (very simular to the size of a Lamb chop) The Cream Spinach was COLD and topped with uncessary crunchy toppings The Mashed Potatoes had a smokey taste (as a direct result of tosting the top layer with a tourch) Ordered a Tequila with Ginger Ale, and received a TALL glass (16oz) of Soda with a lime Everything that I ordered was displeasing, and I will never forget this dining experience JN

Our server Jack was simply amazing and professional. Gave us very good recommendations on the menu. The ambiance and music were on point. Shout out to DJ JC as he played good music. GM Shane was very professional, pleasant, and friendly. Thank you all for the amazing experience at STK.
