   It was freezing and uncomfortable we said something to someone and she said oh ok When I say freezing it was cold we had to eat with our coats on Then when I reserved for my boyfriend birthday I thought he was going to get a happy birthday song I won’t return Ameko Going to make a tic tok about my experience You really don’t care

   It was my fiancé‘s birthday. I thought since y’all are a five star restaurant that y’all will come out with a happy birthday dessert but y’all didn’t Caesar salad was good but the bread that y’all put in it was hard. There was no croutons and the states were OK burnt a little bit Presentation was great !!but overall I give it a five out of 10 I might tell other people or come back, but y’all are not my favorite

   We had lunch at STK-Charlotte and the ambience of the restaurant is very nice, it has a great combo of being both hip and elegant. Our server was excellent and they have a nice menu and a very good wine list. My only disappointment was that my $71 dollar strip steak was not cooked to what I ordered, I asked for medium and really got more of a medium well and the quality of the steak wasn’t really top shelf, it was a bit tough.

   I did a reservation for my best friend and I's birthday and we had a party of 6 which ended up being 5. When I reserved our table, I added in the comments that we were bringing cakes to share to celebrate. When we arrived, we were told that outside food is an additional charge of $5 (we had 2 cakes), and "if I was aware of this up charge," but I was not. No one reached out about this and I reserved weeks ago, so I think this needs to be mentioned when reserving or even on their website. There was a lack of communication there. When I asked if it'll be $5 per cake the hostess said yes, so we were fine with paying the $10. When it came time to pay, we were actually charged $25 for the cakes and were told that it's $5 per person and not per dessert so that definitely needs to be said to the hostess cause she obviously did not know. That was very disappointing. Our table also wasn't ready even with the reservation so we ended up standing around for 10 minutes. This place has no waiting area so it was very awkward standing near the door. When we were seated, we were placed in a darker area of the restaurant which sucks because there were cute spots with nice ambiance available, but we were put off in a corner. There was a larger booth right behind us with good lighting and a table that came after us that was sat there. The seating arrangement is obviously not taken in consideration with party sizes. The service overall was okay. It did not seem that packed and there were many servers. The hostesses were nice. Multiple people came by our table and cleaned it frequently while we were there. The food tasted fine and the serving sizes were okay, but I would expect a bit more for the prices of the meals. My best friend had ordered lamb racks medium rare, and it came out medium. You would think paying $71, that it would come out perfect so I think there needs to be more consistency for all the meal items. You also can only split the check in 3 ways for parties of 4 and mo

    The food was cold. The service was mediocre and this STK does not live up to the expectations I had based on the other STK locations I’ve visited
