    Our reservation was at 7:45 pm. Shortly after arrival, we realized that several families who also had reservations during the 7 o’clock hour have been waiting for a very long time to be seated. We didn’t get seated until after 8 PM. My Waygu ended up being overcooked which was disappointing, but I’ve been willing to give them another shot.

    This was as poor of a choice as you could make for Christmas dinner. We sat down 45 minutes past our reservation time. We waited an hour and half for our food. When our food finally came, it was mostly cold and the server completely stopped coming to our table until a manager came over first. The place was completely over booked and over crowded. It completely ruined our Christmas dinner. We will never set foot back in this place again.

    I had to inquire about my drink after 35 mins of waiting just to find out they don't have it. Received my food after 50 mins of ordering for the seafood to taste like powder because it was over cooked. Wasn't able to get replacement food because the kitchen was too busy. Given giftcards to come back but they will be given as gifts. Why would I come back.

    Came for christmas day dinner. I need to start with that so we understand the expectations of some wait and a busy establishment. Had reservations and up front were asked to wait for the table to be ready (15 mins), got the ready text just to have to wait another 10 mins and now we are standing in the way of everyone coming in and out. Sat down and the drinks took 20 mins for non alcohol and another 10 mins for the alcohol. 30 mins in and now we all got drinks and bread. Food showed up incomplete (missing sides) at about the 2 hr mark from sitting down. Every time we needed drink refills that was an additional 20 plus mins. Overall to be charged over $1K for 8 people after waiting for 4 hrs its insane! The manager did come and attempted to make it right. For such an expensive establishment I don't expect such long wait times with a reservation; let me not forget that the food was lukewarm. If you late with the food at least I expect to see the smoke still coming out from being fresh off the stove... Food was well seasoned, it would have been better if it was on time and actually hot.

    Christmas Day it was okay, it was cold in atlanta and so by time we got our food due to the doors opening and closing food was not hot. I asked for my food to be reheated when I got it back same temp . For the amount of money being spent there needs to be a better option to keep food hot . It was a lot of people out for the holidays we sat by the end of the bar which was not the best place food being dropped servers in and out I felt like we were in the way . At one point there was a bag of trash next to me which was not a good look . I feel that there was to many reservations to accommodate the space at STK. I took my food Togo so I could reheat from home . I also feel that the Amount of calls I got for the confirmation they should have mentioned it was a holiday menu so certain things would not apply for the evening . I appreciate you guys being open Merry Christmas

    This may be the absolute worst dining experience I have ever endured. There was a crowd outside of the door that I had to traverse to get into a crowded vestibule. From there I struggled to get through to the host stand. Perhaps, if you are this crowded, you post an employee outside to instruct arriving guests as to how they are to proceed. Once at the host desk, the first employee doesn’t greet me, she simply says, “Check in with her!”, as she points to the woman next to her. The woman next to her asks me my name, I provide my name and reservation time. She says, “Ok, I have you booked in and we will text you at the number you provided when a table is available.” I ask, “Is my 5:30 reservation not being honored?” She replies, “A reservation only means that we will have a table for you, it doesn’t guarantee what time you’ll be seated. You can go wait at one of the two bars until we text you.” I was eventually seated (I only stayed because my daughter wanted us to stay). We were ignored for about 5-7 minutes. Eventually a waiter arrived and was more chatty than helpful. We were finally given bread and water and menus. After looking at the menu, I asked the waiter, “What is the difference between the Cowgirl Bone-in Ribeye and the Dry Aged Bone-in cut?” He gave some explanation about flavor versus texture. I went with the dry aged. Imagine my surprise when I was brought a Delmonico steak with no bone. I waited until my waited resurfaced and pointed out the error. He attempted to tell me that I ordered the Delmonico but that didn’t go well and he eventually just owned up to the mistake. I didn’t want to wait 15 or so minutes for a new steak so I ate what I was bought and it sucked!! I also was never brought my tater tots, after reminding him twice. The whole experience was horrible!! I understand being busy but this is what your job is and you should do it better when I am spending $400!!

    This was my first time dining at STK and I can honestly say that I will not be back. We were seated on time which was a plus for the holiday. It took a little over an hour for our food to arrive and it arrived cold. The food was good but due to the temperature, we really didn’t enjoy it. For the price point of this restaurant, I expected better food and service.

    They overbook so there’s a long line / huge groups of people waiting at the door. They rushed us to order all of our food but then it doesn’t come out together or correct. My medium steak was well done, we ordered 2 sides, one came out about 10 minutes after the steaks and we were told they ran out of an ingredient for the other, 10 minutes later they came out with the 2nd side. We loved the apple pie last time we were there, but it was a different apple pie this time that seemed premade and just heated up like a piece of pie from Publix. The service was horrible, she would disappear for really long periods of time and when she would reappear she would avoid coming to her tables. The table next to us said they waited over an hour for their food and they believed she forgot to put in the order. Drinks took 15 minutes or more. Horrible experience for what is supposed to be a high end steakhouse and they charge accordingly.
