   We often go to Sticks’n’Sushi in White City and the manager, Carolina, always goes above and beyond. She was exceptional with our most recent visit. My partner and I have food intolerances that she always makes sure are taken care of. Carolina’s professionalism and friendly service always make us feel welcome and accommodated. She’s absolutely fantastic and makes a great lasting impression. We definitely recommend!

   Great service, dealt with a big table really well and our numerous requests. Service was prompt, food was great and well made cocktails. Made a fuss of the birthday girl which was really kind of them. Perfect for a team lunch/dinner.

   My boyfriend and I love to eat at Stick&Sushi. Staff is always so friendly and attentive, and food is fresh and tasty. We never leave disappointed!

   We usually come in as a walk-in but this time we decided to book, we have tried some of their other branches and it’s always a pleasure to be back again. This time around it wasn’t like that. We had no problem with the food, which was amazing as always and did come in good time. However, the service was very lacking. Water took long, had to ask 2 different people for it, the drink I ordered came in before the water; We had to look around a couple of times to get attention from the waiters, apart from the gentleman who took our order it felt like nobody had time for us; When it came to the end of the meal I had to call somebody over to ask for dessert, I felt like it was taking so long for somebody to come to our table, the waiter told me “just a second”, but didn’t come back, and when I asked for my dessert again, which I didn’t know if it was actually ordered or not, I was told it was on the way? Very confusing. Even when we asked for the bill my girlfriend had to find somebody to take the payment because it was taking them so long to come back with the card machine. I mean seriously, it didn’t even look busy. I don’t leave reviews very often but we love Stick’s n’ Sushi, and I feel like all of this could have been avoided, because they are very silly and simple things, but all part of the experience. Having dined with them many times we got used to a very good service, yesterday, not so much.

   Thoroughly enjoyable once again at sticks & sushi; friendly staff really lovely menu with photos, clean and pretty healthy food, options for various food foibles and a nice atmosphere. We ate relatively early 12/1230 so it was not very busy but then it got busier as we were departing. Very grateful for attentive service and absolutely no pressure to rush any part of our meal. Will definitely return.
