   Food was great, as always! Disappointed that there were not enough of the sticks that requested. Also the drinks service was extremely slow….. we were halfway through our meal when the drinks finally arrived after having to ask!

   The serving staff , waiters and waitresses were excellent, food as usual superb. But… we walked in.. with a a booking.. and stood for 5 minutes on our with staff buzzing around us clearly waiting for someone to help us! Eventually one young lady managed to let us know someone would be with us. Eventually the manager got to us

   We were looked after by the wonderful Vanessa upstairs and she was absolutely brilliant and professional. We hadn’t been to Sticks’n’Sushi since the menu change so we were excited to try. We ordered our usuals plus the new mushroom croquettes. These were delicious but definitely on the smaller side and for £8.90 just expected a little more. We couldn’t help but notice the cauliflower sauce lacked its usual punch and was slightly more watered down and the scallops are now more pasty than scallop which is a shame. They were still delicious none the less so we didn’t complain, just noticed. Vanessa and our drinks service was quick and efficient and because it was raining we were kindly offered a Sticks’n’Sushi umbrella to take away with us which we loved. Small things like that really make a difference and elevate a dining experience. A great night had overall.

   We had a lovely table. The young lady that served was fantastic. I don’t eat beef and she exchanged it for Scallops. We got fresh plates when we asked for them. Very nice place overall.
