My wife and I went to Stekoa Creek for our anniversary dinner. We were not disappointed. The service was outstanding, our cocktails were good, and our ribeye steak was perfectly cooked and exceptionally flavorful. We can’t wait to go back!

This restaurant is very well run. The staff (including management) works hard to ensure each guest has everything that they need. The food is excellent and the decor is beautiful. We will be back!

We were excited to try Stekoa since our favorite place Fortify recently closed. Our food experience was disappointing. I ordered a dish that was supposed to be a chicken breast but what I cut into was reddish meat surrounded by fat/grizzle - completely inedible. When I shared that w the server she took my plate away and said she’d let the chef know. I thought she’d come back w a new plate of food (as I was starving). Nope - server returned to let me know “we removed your dinner and you won’t be charged.” I was shocked she didn’t offer to have my dinner replaced. Given there is not much “fine” dining now in Clayton since Fortify closed, we will have to travel further next time we are in town for dinner.

Our Friday evening dinner at this new restaurant was wonderful. comfortable seating and acoustics that allowed for easy conversation. A talented live pianist playing soft music with creative interpretations of many standards. Attentive service by Jess, who made excellent recommendations of dishes to try, two of which we chose to our great delight – the whole Black bass dish, which was a generous serving for two and a delicious carrot cake. Also big enough to share. The peach and blue cheese salad was also good
