Starling is a globally inspired eatery in a neighborhood setting. You'll find classic American favorites with dishes inspired by southeast asian flavors, mediterranean spices and much more. Our craft cocktail list brings an eclectic worldly take on familiar drinks. The custom wood finishing and an abundance of plant greenery gives Starling an elegance that remains accessible. We are perfect for families in their Sunday finest and neighbors in their jogging outfit, meeting up for happy hour with friends or that special night out with a date. With ample booth seating and a beautiful wood bar we offer a variety of seating options and dining areas. We're located in the Maison Green apartment building facing highway 100. We have a free parking lot and offer valet services during our busiest times most evenings. Delivery and Takeout are available.

The pork is glazed in sugar and Ssam sauce, served with lettuce wraps, white rice, pickles, kimchi, and a variety of sauces. Serves a minimum of 6 but could easily feed many more! Pre-purchase only, ordering and preparation time require approximately 48 hours notice. It is an unbeatable culinary experience! Fewer than 6 people? No problem! Take the rest home.

The service and environment was amazing! The parking is horrible. Not a lot of spaces or places to park around the area. You have to pay $10 for valet which is not reasonable for this area. The food was unimpressive. The descriptions on the menu are great but the food that comes out is disappointing. It’s expensive and not worth the money.

Small group of women, everyone had something (dish) they liked. Drinks were good. Server was great. Noise level and atmosphere were great. We would return for sure.

Made reservations weeks ahead for 12 people. When arrived (on time), the table was not ready. Had to watch the hostess carrying tables and putting them together. The restaurant refused to split the bill, which is infuriating. If Olive Garden can split the bill, then this restaurant should definitely be able to do it. I consider this a horrible service

The food at Starling is very fresh and innovative - the front of the restaurant is beautiful, almost a New Orleans vibe. The back room is more industrial but plush with all the plants. The wait staff was great, professional and friendly. The menu is sandwiches, tacos and entrees. They featured a passport menu which was Thai food. Our party of 4 shared plates which was nice to sample one another’s choices. I’d definitely recommend.

Pleasantly surprised at this gem of a restaurant! Nice ambiance, interesting menu with a fair number of vegetarian options, and delicious purple staring cocktail! Service was spectacular! $10 Valet parking a plus as parking is limited. We will be back!

Our servers name was Indy. She was very attentive. I had the egg tacos and I shared the pancakes with my daughter. Very good! Not busy for a Sunday morning. I would come here again.
