   We have been there from the beginning up on the hill many years ago ! Still fantastic !!! We will definitely be back on our next visit. Highly recommend!

   Our family absolutely loves Star Noodle. We have been dining here for many years, since the original location - a couple moves ago. The ambience/views have improved with each move. Everything is delicious and the service we receive is consistently welcoming, friendly and efficient. Star Noodle is a must whenever we visit Maui! Our favorites include, but are definitely not limited to, the tempura shrimp, Adobo ribs, Pork Bao Buns, Lahaina Fried Soup, any of their ramen/noodle dish options, Star Kim Chee...and on our most recent visit - the Miso Butterfish and the Grilled Tako! So many wonderful options to enjoy and share.

   Delicious food but portions are very small. Butter fish was fantastic—we ordered a second. Pad Thai was just okay. I’ve had much better. Pork skewers—tasty but definitely not worth the price. Super small portions. Pork Bao Buns—Good but not great. Again, I’ve had better. The ramen we had was excellent—really great flavor. Our waiter was very nice!

   Had to try before leaving Maui and it did not disappoint. My faves were the bau buns and shrimp tempura. Had not had tempura that fresh & tasty since visiting Dotonbori Osaka Japan.

   Don’t leave this place without ordering the pork buns. I can eat 2 orders of that by myself and call that dinner.

    This is our favorite restaurant on Maui. We love the garlic noodles and tonight tried 2 new items: the Papaya Tofu Salad, and the Tempura Shrimp. Both were exceptionally good. The new space is just glorious with amazing views and tasteful finishes. The service was perfect in timing and tone. Such a gem of a restaurant. We'll be back time and time again!
